Allow approval without requiring token balance

1inch allows to approve a token without requiring a balance. This is a valuable timesaver when waiting for a token to arrive that has to be sold asap (on 1inch I can approve while the withdrawal is in progress and sell right away once it arrives, on matcha I can only approve once the token has arrived).

Hi, thanks for your feedback! We will be adding this feature in an upcoming release. We see this as a feature for more advanced users and will need to be enabled with a toggle.
